Kindness week

Kindness Week at St. John's is a special week each summer dedicated to spreading kindness throughout our community. During this week, our congregation comes together to serve through various service projects, including helping local organizations, visiting seniors, cleaning public spaces, and offering support to families in need. It's a time to reflect God’s love through tangible acts of kindness, fostering a spirit of compassion and unity. Through Kindness Week, we aim to make a positive impact, showing that even small gestures can make a big difference in the lives of others.

Service Projects

Kindness Week was an incredible success, with our congregation completing 19 amazing service projects all throughout the community! It was an exciting week of spreading love, joy, and support, as we made a real difference through acts of kindness that touched lives and brought people together!

We had over 170 volunteers from both our church and the community who joined together during Kindness Week, making a powerful impact through their service. Their dedication and enthusiasm were truly inspiring as they worked side by side to spread kindness and make a difference in the lives of those around us.
